Angela F. Schultz is an associate with Nelson, Irvings & Waeffler. Her practice includes Title XIX eligibility, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and other elder law issues. Attorney Schultz is also certified by the VA to provide assistance in Veterans Benefits claims.
Angela received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2007, and her undergraduate degree from Knox College in 1998. She was the Assistant Director of Home Free, a domestic violence intervention services program in Portland, Oregon from 1998 to 2008. Her focus there was community training, program development, and advocate development and supervision.
While a student at Lewis and Clark Law School, Angela provided legal services to low income individuals in the areas of family law, resolution of landlord/tenant issues, and employment law at the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic in Portland. She was named “Best Oral Advocate” and was a member of the first place duo in the client counseling Moot Court competition.
Angela returned to the Milwaukee area in 2008 and was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 2009.
